As a national lockdown has been announced commencing 5th January unfortunately we have to once again suspend all class activity. We will be in touch with our current participants over the course of the next few days. we will of course be monitoring the situation closely and will re-start just as soon as we can. To keep yourself ready the on line strength and stretch classes will be continuing – see here for both adults and young people.
