“What This is Circus brought out was all of those soft skills of collaboration, persistence, resilience, cooperating with each other, communicating with each other and I loved seeing so many kids happily engaged without it feeling competitive”

This is Circus
Our This Is Circus School Programme brings a fresh take on PE classes. Over 6 weekly classes the children at KS1 &2 will explore a whole range of circus skills, ask themselves What Is Circus? and discover how circus is great for creativity and resilience. The programme can be delivered by our tutors in school, as a blended offer where we provide training to your staff, or can be delivered entirely remotely.
We have worked with local schools to co-design the programme ready for you to pick it up and run, and it can be adapted to other curriculum areas or lunch / after school provision.
Prices start from £275. This covers a 6 week programme for one class, with one hour-long session per week.
This is Circus has been developed with support from National Lottery funds through Arts Council England, Circusworks, Sheffield Hallam University, Create Sheffield and Beck Primary School. Delivery of This is Circus has been made possible with support from the Postcode Lottery Fund.
