Meet The Team

Olivia Bliss is a participatory‑arts leader with a strong record of growing creative organisations. As founder and former director of visual‑arts charity Carousel, she brings expertise in programme development, artistic support and audience engagement. With experience in the health‑sector charity world and a background in performing arts, she champions inclusion, wellbeing and the power of culture to support communities.

Jamie‑Lee McNaughton is Greentop’s Programme and Teaching Lead, bringing long-standing experience in aerial arts and community circus. She began training in 2007 while studying Community Arts and later spent over eight years at Aerial Edge in Scotland, teaching students of all ages and serving as Operations Manager. At Greentop, she leads the teaching programme and helps shape inclusive, high‑quality learning across the organisation.

Trudi Patient leads all activity with young people, drawing on over two decades of experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. She has trained with Circus Space and Cirque du Soleil’s Social Circus Instructors Training Course, holds PTTLS Level 4, and specialises in teaching manipulation skills.

Natalie Allistone is Greentop’s Youth Circus Project Manager and Designated Safeguarding Officer. She began her circus career more than fifteen years ago alongside some of Greentop’s founding members while studying for an MA in Fine Art in Sheffield. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of artists, dancers and performers across disciplines throughout the UK.

Hannah Lamare is Greentop’s Finance Officer and Office Manager. She first encountered Greentop through an aerial weekend workshop, where she was inspired by the possibilities of circus. Since joining the organisation in 2016, she supports finance, bookkeeping and day‑to‑day administration, helping ensure the smooth running of the charity and its programmes.

Amy Greenacre is a marketing and communications specialist with extensive experience across the charity, social enterprise and sustainability sectors. At Greentop, she leads marketing and audience engagement, helping expand the organisation’s reach and champion the impact of circus. She brings strategic insight, creative vision and a passion for the arts and education.

Jess Abouzeid is Greentop’s Community Events Manager, combining her experience as a freelance aerial silks teacher and performer with a strong background in event and project management. With training in Circus in Performing Arts (NVQ L3) and academic grounding in Psychology (GMBPsS, MSc) and Sport, Jess leads and develops Greentop’s partnerships and outreach programme, strengthening connections across the community.
