Scratch Nights
Scratch Nights are events where artists can test current work on a live audience, the opportunity for unpolished work to be performed in a supportive and gentle environment. The events act as a sharing platform for artists to present their work, followed up with constructive feedback from the audience.
As part of our Artist Development Programme, Lead Artist and performer, Emily Greenwood runs a series of performance opportunities for new, emerging and professional performers. If you are interested in taking part, please contact admin@greentop.org
Scratch nights are also an opportunity for the audience to be part of the creative process offering valuable feedback and insight that helps performers to continue to develop their ideas. Attendance is open to all Greentop class participants, supporters, and friends, by invitation only.
Greentop Circus Family Scratch – Sunday 8th March 2026
Join us for a fantastic Spring showcase celebrating brand‑new acts from professional artists, emerging talent and Greentop students.
Expect to be wowed by a mix of aerial skills, circus science and a few surprises along the way (acts subject to change).
Scratch shows are shared exclusively with artists’ friends, family and the Greentop community, creating a small, safe and supportive audience for performers trying out new work. You’ll also have the chance to offer constructive written feedback to help artists develop their acts, and performers will receive professional photos for their portfolios.
We can’t wait to see you there!
