Come and learn the basics of one of the most beautiful aerial arts. No prior aerial experience necessary! This is a structured and progressive 7 week course in silks for anyone with little or no experience. An experienced silks artist teaches the course.
There are only 6 spaces available to guarantee plenty of tutor contact time. The hour and a half class will involve a warm-up (including some conditioning on and off the equipment) before moving on to climbs, foot locks, hip locks, inverts and beautiful sequences from these moves. Each class ends with a relaxing cool-down.
