This is a course of 7 handstand classes, run by Dot Hatcher. There are just 6 spaces to guarantee plenty of tutor contact time Each session with start with a warm up, and will include conditioning exercises to improve flexibility and strength (especially core!).
The small number of participants on the course allows the tutor to work with each person individually, so the course is suitable for complete beginners as well as more advanced students. There will be opportunities for photos and eventually you’ll be able to impress friends with handstand tricks.
