This is a conditioning session with a mix of aerial and ground-based activities led by an experienced instructor. The class is suitable for anyone looking to build strength and fitness. Ideal for regular students, but also great for anyone wanting to try out aerial equipment for the first time or looking for a fun new way to get fit!
This hour-long class will include a warm-up followed by a conditioning circuit using a variety of aerial and circus equipment which will change throughout the block. The class will finish with a cool down.
