CHINESE POLE TASTER WORKSHOP

An opportunity to take a taster in Chinese Pole with Emily Greenwood.

There are 6 places and participants will take it in turns to have a go on the pole under Emily’s instruction. The 2 hour session will start with a good warm up to minimise the chance of injury, then move onto work on the pole before finishing with a cool down.
