This is a 2 hour session introducing trapeze, hoop and silks to complete beginners. There are only 6 spaces available to guarantee plenty of tutor contact time. The session will start with a warm up before spending around 30 minutes on each of the pieces of aerial equipment, and finishing with a cool down.
Our tutors are professional aerialists and will work with you at your level. They will explain and demonstrate the moves on the equipment before you try them, and will provide help whilst you try them.
