This is a course of 7 acrobatics classes, run by Laurie Widdison There are just 6 spaces to guarantee plenty of tutor contact time Each session with start with a warm up, and will include conditioning exercisees to improve flexibility and strength (especially core!).

The small number of participants on the course allows the tutor to work with each person individually, so the course is suitable for complete beginners as well as more advanced students.
