Unique
events and shows at Greentop's Community Circus Centre in Sheffield, a
unique theatrical venue in Sheffield's industrial heartland.
Greentop's in-house shows, student and artist showcases, touring shows, and special events build to form a lively and imaginative programme. The imaginative scope and variety of our programming, our location and unique appeal, enabe us to extend the audience for circus and associated arts.
We produce the highly acclaimed and popular Greentop Cabaret every other month on the second Saturday, where you can come and marvel at our trapeze artists, wire walkers, knife jugglers, acrobats and other circus performers as they risk their lives for your entertainment! These showcase local and national talent drawn from new variety, contemporary circus, comedy, burlesque, dance, physical theatre/clowning and live music scenes. The cabarets are family friendly but with an adult edge.
We have a licensed bar and like to round the night off with a funky disco. Our venue is also available as a recieving house for touring shows and provides a unique and engaging space for a wide range of performances.
