Cabaret Countdown – The pressure is on
Everyone at Greentop is excited this week as the clock ticks down to Saturday’s Christmas Cabaret. For Greentop’s new venue director Charlotte Barltrop this is the first time she has had to organise an event at Greentop:
“The Christmas cabaret is a big event and it’s been a challenge to organise and assemble so many different and unique acts, but now it’s aIl coming together and I’m confident the night will be a great success.”
The centre has been busy in preparation for the big day and performers have been practising around the clock and braving all weathers to get in for training.
Sue Fee will be performing her amazing swinging trapeze act,
"This is the first time I have performed at the Greentop Christmas Cabaret and I'm really looking forward to it"
Charlie Ledger will be hula-hooping:
"The centre has been buzzing the last few weeks, everyone's really excited, it should be a good night."
Other acts include the bizarre world of Maynard Flipflap, Charlotte Barltrop with her Western Skills, Youth Aerial trapeze, Youth Troupe with Unicycling and Acro balance and Dan Gingerbeard’s Juggling.
There will be popcorn and refreshments available as well a licensed bar.
