Salary From £20,000 to to £24,000 pro rata (based on 37.5 hour full time week)

Greentop's education activity has grown exponentially in the last 3 years, and our Lottery funded project 'Circus North' will help us develop this further. To carry out this development and manage and support the existing team, we are looking for a
The main purpose of the role will be:
- To manage Greentop's Adult, Professional artist, Youth , Community, and Accredited educational programmes
- To manage a diverse team of staff delivering these programmes
- Develop new educational activities and diverse income streams to ensure sustainability of the educational provision
To fill this role we are looking for someone with experience of managing staff, managing educational programmes, preferably in circus or the wider performing arts.
