Help us develop a major new regional arts centre!

We have owned and run our own small and unique Community Circus Centre since 1994, and after a 2 year period of intensive growth have developed to a point where our activities have plateaued and to develop further, we require additional premises. Funding from the ERDF Access Fund (via Yorkshire Forward and South Yorkshire Community Foundation) will enable us to undertake a feasibility study into the development of a major regional centre for the teaching of circus and associated arts.

We are looking for a consultant who can assemble a team including architects and co-ordinate this feasibility study, bringing us:

Skills and track record in the Arts and Culture
Experience of major capital projects
Business planning experience in a relevant field or fields
Proven track record of securing funding for major capital investment

in order to deliver across the areas of Business Planning, Options appraisal, Funding and fundraising, and Planning/ acquisition/ capital development
