Meanwhile, as Circus North opens its doors for its next season, the call has gone out for individual artists or companies who want free use of Greentop's creation space and free director support to apply for round 2 of the Hot House programme.

"The Hot House offers artists up to 9 days of use of the Community Circus Centre, plus the option of support from an established director, fully funded via Greentop's Circus North funding," explains Greentop Chief Executive Craig Gamble Pugh.

"This is a perfect opportunity for individual artists, or companies, to develop their artistic practice, specific work, or forge new collaborations."

Artists are invited to an initial three day workshop from the 16th to 18th January 2012 with Gerry Flanagan and up to twenty-five participants to explore and express ideas. Artists will then be able to access eight days of devising/rehearsal/directing time later in the spring using Greentop's creation space, with the project Director and Hot House participants.
