Mission - Through the teaching and performance of contemporary circus, Greentop will;
- Enable people to build self-confidence, improve fitness and develop positive means of self expression
- Inspire people to realize their own physical, mental and artistic potential in a non-competitive environment
- Work with our customers to deliver effective circus solutions to meet the needs of their business
- Enable the local and wider community to access our unique skills for the benefit of all

The Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives of Greentop Circus were agreed through open discussion and honest debate between the trustees and the membership. They reflect what our members want Greentop to be like and we strive to uphold these values in all our business, from evening classes to commercial contracts.
